Cell Finanzas advised Proudreed Spain, part of M Core, to raise €12m bank financing for the acquisition of the Vista Alegre retail park.

Vista Alegre is a retail park located in Zamora (Castilla y León) with more than 16,000m2 and with stores such as Froiz supermarket, El Corte Inglés Outlet and Leroy Merlin, among others.
